The one who stands by you,when no one supports you is called Best Friend.And nowadays people are busy looking for a best friend in some other person instead I think you can be your own Best Friend.

Now question come how one can become his/her own best friend.

Be the best version of yourself-To become the most efficient person you have to work on your physical strength and mental approach.By regular exercise you can increase your confidence,focus level,vision and a improved self identity.

Track your diet-Plan your each meal according to your body goals so you don't get end up with overeating.Drink Water as your job and have green veggies on daily basis.

Don't skip workout-Always treat your workout as important meetings you scheduled with yourself.Every single workout will take you one more step closer to your goal so always make them count.Be your own boss don't think about what can happen in a year Focus on the 24 hours in front you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.

Never Give Up-We should always keep trying no matter how hard the situation is,always believe that something beautiful is going to happen. Success in life comes when you simply refuse to give up,with goals so strong that obstacles,failure and loss only act as motivation.

4 P's -Purity,Persistence,Patience and Perseverance are virtue of a person with strong positive attitude.Water is the softest thing, yet it can penetrate mountains and earth.Trust yourself like rivers knows this, there is no hurry we shall get there some day.
